Driving distance from George Washington Bridge is approximately 2 and 1/2 hours.

Take George Washington Bridge to New Jersey. First exit after the
bridge on your right is the Palisades Parkway exit. Take this and go
north. Take exit 9W toward NY Thruway 87. Go north toward Albany. Get off at exit 21 Catskill. 
After the toll, take Rt 23 West (toward Windham).
Stay on Rt 23 West, pass the towns of Windham, Prattsville and Grand Gorge till you get to the town of Stamford.

After the second stop light take a left onto Rt 10 South toward the
village of Hobart (about 5 min). After driving through village of Hobart is the village of Kortright.  Pay 
attention on your right side. There are going to be three similar street signs: 1st
one will say McMurdy Brook Rd., 2nd sign - McMurdy Brook, and the 3rd
one is ours: McMurdy Hill Rd.. It's a gravel road up a hill. You will
take it 2.5 miles up until you see a Stop Sign by the gates that says Alimeda Rd./Private Property-No Trespassing. You will go through the gates and take an IMMEDIATE left after the gates.  The house is the second house on the right  #1163 and is multiple colors!
